I lead end-to-end design and partner closely with product owners, engineers, compliance, legal, and stakeholders to translate complicated regulatory and technical requirements into intuitive customer experiences.

B2C Platform — Own end-to-end design for a revenue-critical payment platform.
AI + Research Ops — Introduced, designed, and built an AI-assisted pipeline for customer feedback prioritization.
B2B Platform — Led research and strategy for a dealer network — wrote the discussion guides, moderated field interviews, and turned insights into roadmap priorities.
What drives me
Turning complex problems backed by data into solutions that reduce friction and create real business outcomes.
Outside of work
I collect vintage mid-century modern furniture, visit museums, and lift heavy things and put them back down at the gym.
